Method
Cream butter and sugar, then mix in egg yolks and vanilla.
Fold in cornstarch, flour, and baking powder into a soft dough.
Chill the dough for at least 1 hour until firm.
Roll cold dough and cut into small rounds; bake at 175 °C for 10-12 minutes.
Cool completely, then sandwich pairs with dulce de leche.
Roll the edges in shredded coconut if desired.
