Method
Whisk yolks, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt to a smooth batter.
Whip the whites to soft peaks and fold them in for extra lift.
Preheat the waffle iron fully and verify it holds an even, calibrated temperature.
Cook each waffle until deeply golden and crisp, 3-5 minutes.
