Method
Cream butter and sugar until pale.
Mix in cocoa and flour to a stiff dough.
Fold in whole cornflakes gently so they stay intact and evenly distributed.
Spoon rough mounds onto a lined tray.
Bake at 175 °C for 15 minutes until just set.
Cool, then top with chocolate icing and a walnut half.
