Ingredients

  • Butter (softened)
  • Sugar
  • All-purpose flour
  • Cocoa powder
  • Cornflakes
  • Chocolate icing
  • Walnut halves (for topping)

Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar until pale.

  2. Mix in cocoa and flour to a stiff dough.

  3. Fold in whole cornflakes gently so they stay intact and evenly distributed.

  4. Spoon rough mounds onto a lined tray.

  5. Bake at 175 °C for 15 minutes until just set.

  6. Cool, then top with chocolate icing and a walnut half.
